  • To respond to your enquiries and provide booking information (legitimate interest and contract performance)

  • To confirm and manage your booking (contract performance)

  • To contact you before and after your event with relevant information (contract performance and legitimate interest)

  • To comply with legal obligations, including food safety and insurance requirements

 

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send marketing emails unless you have specifically requested to hear from us.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Booking enquiries that do not result in a confirmed booking: data deleted within 6 months of last contact.

  • Confirmed bookings: data retained for 3 years after the event date for legal and insurance purposes, then securely deleted.

  • Financial records: retained for 6 years in compliance with HMRC requirements.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

  • With our website provider (Wix) who process data on our behalf under their own privacy policy and data processing agreement

  • With our insurance provider if required for a claim

  • With law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law
